Thanks for the reply. I have figured out what I missed. There is a diverter valve near the hyhdraulic hoses that the backhoe hooks to, that has to be turned to give pressure to the three point. I couldn't find this in any manuals anywhere and ended up calling the dealer. The valve is pretty well hidden. Works great now!
